I designed this website while using a widescreen monitor with high resolution. Everything appears very nice and just the way I wanted it when viewed on this monitor. So if you don't have a widescreen...you should run right out and get one now for optimum viewing! Kidding. You may have to adjust your resolution depending upon how you have it set.

You were sent the wrong or a defective shirt
If you received the wrong shirt or it was defective, please contact me right away with the same information as above. I will take care of this at no cost to you since it was my mistake. I will send you a replacement shirt and pay for you to send the incorrect/defective shirt back to me.

- You can email me or include a note that has the order number, or the name or email address of the purchaser, whether it will be areturn or exchange, and the address you would like your new shirt shipped to.
- Please note that customer pays return shipping of items and standard shipping on the new items.
You were sent the wrong or a defective shirt
If you received the wrong shirt or it was defective, please contact me right away with the same information as above. I will take care of this at no cost to you since it was my mistake. I will send you a replacement shirt and pay for you to send the incorrect/defective shirt back to me.
Shipping
- I will do my best to always keep the shipping charges at the minimum. Nobody likes paying these fees but we all know it is a fact of doing business.
- I do ship internationally. Keep in mind that if your order is subject to any import taxes imposed by your country, these charges are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Tropical Fruit Hunters. You will be required to pay them to receive your package.
- For US purchases, A single shirt will go out via First Class mail in a plastic poly mailer at a cost of $5.50. USPS states 2 to 3 days delivery time. I would give it another day or two with them! 2- 3 shirts will go in a priority mail flat rate envelope for $7.95. For purchases larger than 3 shirts, please contact me. We'll work out the best shipping method for you. If you go ahead and place an order for 4 or more shirts, it is calculated at either a medium or large flat rate box amount.
- For international purchases. 1-2 shirts will cost $28.00 to $33.00. For purchases larger than 2 shirts, please contact me first so we can get the best rates possible. I have some basic shipping rates provided when purchasing. However, if there is a significant difference, I will refund that portion back to you. The USPS tells me that the delivery time could be at least 2 weeks..
- Hats. Currently, hats are only being offered domestically within the U.S. until I get more made and figure out all the Paypal shipping crap. Shipping with the U.S. is a flat rate of $8.95.
- I will ship items out within 2 business days on receipt of order...sooner if possible.
